Takudzwa is our Managing Director and visionary at Equip Afrique. Zimbabwean born and educated in the UK, his burning desire to see the sustainable development of Africa lead to starting of Equip Afrique. His responsibilities include day to day management of the business and development of new products.
Takudzwa is an experienced mechanical engineer who previously worked for Case IH and New Holland. During his time at these organisations he worked on the product development of new tractors and combine harvesters. It was during this time; he met Equip Afrique’s Technical & Service Director, Kevin Broe.
After CNH, Takudzwa joined Ford Motor Company and worked in various roles which incude powertrain engineering, Business developement, project management and quality. Takudzwa is currently working on the development of Ford’s new electric vehicles.

Kevin is our Technical & Service Director. An experienced agriculture engineer and a farmer, during his downtime he works on his family farm in Ireland.
Kevin previously worked for major agriculture OEMs including Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Case IH and New Holland. During his time within these organisations, he worked on various agriculture products which included tractors, combine harvesters, self-propelled sprayers and telematic guidance systems. Before joining Equip Afrique, Kevin extensively travelled across Africa and the Middle East region to train and provide technical support to farmers in the area.
Takudzwa met Kevin during their time at CNH. During their conversations, they both agreed that Africa needed better mechanisation to improve its agriculture sector. Through this discussion, Kevin and Takudzwa realised they shared the same vision, interests and ideas on Africa; this ultimately brought them to work together on Equip Afrique. Jabulani is our Marketing & Sales Director. He is responsible for overseeing our marketing and sales operations.
Jabulani is a chartered marketer who studied at the Oxford College of Marketing and Middlesex University. He has vast experience in the development and execution of effective marketing and sales strategies with a focus on delivering seamless customer experience.
Jabulani has previously worked for various organisations such as eBay, Paypal Inc and Rugby Football Union (RFU). Interesting fact, when Jabulani is not planning and executing campaigns for Equip, you will find him playing rugby and training female rugby athletes.

Thandi is our Marketing Executive. She is responsible for the development and implementation of online and offline marketing strategies.
Thandi is a qualified marketer with a Master’s in Marketing from Solent University. Thandi joined the team to support the growth of the Equip Afrique vision and help develop her native continent.
